What is a Vacuduct Central Vacuum System?
The Vacuduct central vacuum system consists of three main elements:
- A Vacuum unit which is permanently installed away from main living rooms in locations such as a garage, utility room, workshop, under the stairs or in a cupboard.
- A rigid PVC ducting that runs through the fabric of a property to strategically located inlet points around the house.
- A 10 metre lightweight flexible cleaning hose with an on/off switch that plugs into the inlet point. When activated all the vacuumed waste and dust is sucked back to the vacuum unit and collected in a large bin which only requires emptying every three to four months.
